Black Bean Soup
2 cups of drained, rinsed black beans
2 cups of salsa
2 cups of broth
2 teaspoons of cumin.
Place all ingredients blender until desired consistency is reached
Heat over medium heat on stove
Top with Cheddar Cheese and Plain Greek Yogurt! Yummy!
