Many reasons to add beans to your daily diet!

Cheap, healthy, and super versatile!

Eating beans on a regular basis, could decrease the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and colorectal cancer cancer because of the high amount of  soluble fiber added to your diet.

Beans are high in antioxidants, fiber, protein, B vitamins, iron, potassium copper and zinc.

You can add beans to salad, burgers, and soups. Try my healthy 4 indignant black bean soup.

Black Bean Soup

2 cups of drained, rinsed black beans

2 cups of salsa

2 cups of broth

2 teaspoons of cumin.

Place all ingredients   blender until desired consistency is reached

Heat over medium heat on stove

Top with Cheddar Cheese and Plain Greek Yogurt!   Yummy!
