Watermelon Cucumber Mint Salad with Feta Cheese

Super simple, healthy and refreshing salad for your summer cook-outs!

  • 8 cups of cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup of fresh mint leaves chopped
  • ¼ for cup of fresh basil leaves chopped
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Salt/pepper to taste


In large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumbers, chopped mint, and basil

Wisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper

Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to coat.

Store in Fridge and add cheese prior to serving
