It is not all about the food:
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
Changes happens one step at a time:
Instead of counting calories or eating unappealing foods, I emphasize a delicious diet of wholesome, nutritious, and tasty foods. We review your current diet, and start by making small changes. Changes that don’t require you to give up everything you love. Changes that will become second nature and new habits.
Finding Balance and feeling better:
I want to help you feel better every day! I want you to wake up and feel good about yourself.
Understanding what your body needs is about listening to the signals your body sends you. Headaches, energy dips, body aches, gastro issues, are all messages your body is sending to you. Learning how to listen and understand these messages is the key to feeling better and finding balance.
