As an instructor I hear all the time. “I can’t do yoga, I have no flexibility, or I don’t want to go to a large gym and take a class.” Often, clients tell me they are afraid of trying because they fear they will be terrible at yoga.
Would you expect to walk onto a tennis court for the first time and be able to hit balls like a pro? Of course not. If your goal is to sit on the floor and play with your grandchildren and stand up with ease or deepen a specific yoga pose, private yoga classes will answer these needs.
I have worked with all types of clients: from those who have never exercised to experienced yoga students who would like to deepen their practice.
Private sessions allow me to work one on one with you and meet your individual needs.
At your first session, we will review your health history to discuss what you would like to achieve with private yoga sessions. Each session is 55 minutes in length, and is held in a private studio setting.
